Change for the People
The Republican Party continues to suppress voter turnout with a combination of propaganda, disinformation and voter suppression strategies. The Democratic Party is failing to counter the coordinated campaign.
We are losing voters every election cycle due to a lack of effective voter engagement. We simply show up during the elections and ask voters for their trust. We are failing to deliver our message and policy accomplishments to voters.

Strategic voter targeting
Voter turnout was down 7 million in 2024.
Youth voting was down 10% from 2020. Only 42% of voters ages 18-29 cast a ballot in the 2024 presidential election.
Black voter turnout was down 3% from 62.6% to 59.6%.
Latino voter turnout was down 3.1% from 53.7% to 50.6%.
Disinformation
The right wing uses a strategic coordinated campaign of disinformation to suppress voter turnout.
The Republican Party uses fear mongering and propoganda to flood the airwaves.
The Democratic Party message is not getting through the disinformation.
Voters are unsure of what's fact or fiction which causes a lack of trust with Democratic candidates.
Voters are staying home and not voting for our candidates.

Lack of messaging
Our messaging is lacking specific policy accoplishments
We are not simplifying our platform and policy successes
Voters do not have a clear idea of what we stand for
The Democratic Party is failing to reach voters with a effective message
Voters are not inspired with promises and visions of the past
Disinformation
Between 2012 and 2018, there were 1,688 pollingplace closures enacted by
Republican election officials in red states Texas (–750), Arizona (–320), and Georgia (–214).
13 states have passed 50 new election bills that make it
harder to vote after the 2020 election
At least 250 new laws have been proposed in 43 states
to limit mail, early in person and election day voting

Micro targeting poor minorities
The highest drops in voter turnout in the 2024 presidential election occurred in the least educated and lowest income areas of the swing states.
The biggest decline in voter participation in all six swing states was in low income Hispanic and black communities.
Turnout dropped 11% in the most Hispanic precincts in the six swing states.
Turnout was down 6.1% in the swing states in 476 precincts with a 85% black population
