My Story
Shaundra Scott is a civil rights attorney and campaign strategist who has worked various campaigns across the country. She was the Director of Voter Protection for the South Carolina Democratic Party. Shaundra served as Deputy Political Director for Kamala Harris' 2019 presidential campaign.
She held the position of Executive Director for the ACLU of South Carolina. Shaundra led the staff of the statewide affiliate, overseeing the work of public education, advocacy, and litigation to advance the civil liberties of all people in South Carolina. She was Supervising Attorney of the Migrant Division for South Carolina Legal Services. In this capacity, she represented migrant and seasonal farmworkers in State and Federal Court with complex legal issues.
