About Us
Change for the People works to change the way we campaign. We don't just show up during elections ans ask for votes. We work in communities year round. We listen to the people. We engage people who are not being valued.
We inspire everyday people to become a part of the change. We break down the issues in simple terms. We uplift people with a platform. We empower people to work together towards a common purpose.
7 million less people voted in 2024
The biggest decline in voter participation in all six swing states was in low income Hispanic and black communities.
Youth voter turnout
Youth voting was down 10% from 2020. Only 42% of voters ages 18-29 cast a ballot in the 2024 presidential election.
Black voter turnout
Black voter turnout was down 3% from 62.6% to 59.6% in 2024.
Latino voter turnout
Latino voter turnout was down 3.1% from 53.7% to 50.6% in 2024.
